Absolutely killer with some feta cheese crumbled on top before serving.

I used kalamata olives instead of black as a personal preference. Also used yellow onion since my grocery store was out of spring onions, and it turned okay (though likely not quite as tasty as it would be with spring onions).

If you are looking to reduce sodium, you may want to rinse the capers and olives first.
